Responsibilities
- Forecast & Source: Utilize predictive analytics and deep industry knowledge to identify talent for roles that may not yet exist, specifically targeting the 2026 tech ecosystem.
- Strategic Outreach: Execute high-level executive search strategies to engage passive candidates in AI, Robotics, and Advanced Engineering.
- Client Consultation: Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, advising on market trends and candidate expectations for the 2026 workforce landscape.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent community that ensures immediate availability of specialized technical talent.
- Cultural Fit: Assess candidates not just on technical skills, but on their vision and alignment with our forward-thinking corporate culture.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of filling senior-level roles in high-tech environments.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain) and the talent market trends leading into 2026.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, or Greenhouse.
