- Lead the evaluation and integration of cutting-edge technologies, including generative AI, edge computing, and next-gen cybersecurity protocols.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to identify high-value innovation opportunities that drive competitive advantage.
- Manage a budget of $5M+ for infrastructure and technology acquisition.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure data privacy and compliance with evolving global standards.
- Mentor senior engineering leadership and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product management.
- Deep understanding of emerging trends expected to mature by 2026 (e.g., AGI, quantum integration, advanced biotech interfaces).
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise software ecosystems.
