Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the long-term technology vision and strategic milestones.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) to identify strategic opportunities.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a dedicated Research and Development team to prototype and validate future-forward solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across business units.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select technology partners and vendors that align with the 2026 strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and Data Strategy.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
