Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Expertise in AI/ML: Proven track record of implementing Machine Learning models or Generative AI solutions in production environments.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to align technical roadmaps with broader business goals.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
