Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Technology Roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) to forecast future market demands and integrate them into strategic planning.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to pilot futuristic solutions and validate their feasibility for large-scale deployment.
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies for next-generation system architectures.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on the long-term vision and resource allocation.
- Monitor global tech trends to ensure the company remains a market leader in innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven track record of managing multi-year technology initiatives and digital transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of Future Tech trends, including predictive AI, blockchain, and adaptive hardware.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data and translate it into actionable strategy.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, capable of influencing executive stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
