- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic concepts to executive leadership and stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment.
- Innovation Labs Leadership: Spearhead internal innovation programs, fostering a culture of forward-thinking and experimentation.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor global market shifts and competitive landscapes to adjust strategies proactively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Product, and Marketing teams to translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or technology leadership roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is highly preferred.
