Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Quantum) to forecast their impact on the industry by 2026.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term strategic vision.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate high-level forecasts into actionable development milestones.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically within Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Web3.
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from diverse sources into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
