Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year sustainability roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and regulatory trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives on circular supply chain optimization and waste reduction
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging climate technologies (carbon capture, bio-based materials)
- Partner with R&D to commercialize regenerative agriculture solutions
- Represent the company at global sustainability forums and policy summits
- Mentor junior sustainability analysts on future-proof methodologies
- Report quarterly on ESG KPIs and predictive environmental impact metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with demonstrable impact on ESG metrics
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SBTi)
- Proficiency in sustainability software (SAP EHS, Enablon)
- Experience with scenario planning and climate risk modeling
- Certification in Circular Economy Design (CEM) or similar
- Published research or thought leadership on future sustainability trends
