Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Sustainability Roadmap with quantifiable ESG targets aligned with UN SDGs
- Lead circular economy initiatives, reducing waste by 40% and regenerating 25% of key materials by 2026
- Architect carbon-negative supply chains through blockchain-traceable partnerships
- Drive AI-powered resource optimization across 15+ manufacturing facilities
- Secure $5M+ in green finance for sustainability innovation projects
- Present decarbonization strategies to Fortune 500 partners and industry coalitions
- Mentor sustainability tech startups through our Nexus Future Fund incubator
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Climate Tech (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with $1B+ enterprise impact
- Proven expertise in carbon accounting, circular economy frameworks, and ESG reporting
- Deep knowledge of climate policy (Inflation Reduction Act, EU Green Deal)
- Experience scaling sustainability tech solutions (IoT, carbon capture, AI analytics)
- Certified B Corp or GRI sustainability reporting professional
- Published thought leadership in climate innovation or sustainability strategy
