Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year sustainability roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients, integrating circular economy principles
- Lead carbon neutrality strategy development, including scope 1-3 emissions reduction pathways
- Architect ESG reporting frameworks aligned with evolving GRI and SASB standards
- Drive innovation in sustainable supply chain optimization using AI and blockchain technology
- Conduct scenario planning for climate resilience and resource scarcity challenges
- Present sustainability transformation strategies to executive leadership and investor boards
- Mentor junior sustainability analysts and cross-functional project teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with 3+ years in strategic planning roles
- Proven expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol) and ESG integration
- Deep knowledge of emerging sustainable technologies (green hydrogen, carbon capture, bio-based materials)
- Certification in sustainability management (e.g., GRI, CFA ESG) required
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sustainability data visualization tools
