Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 sustainability innovation strategy aligned with global ESG standards
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and prototype circular economy solutions
- Analyze market trends to identify emerging sustainable technologies and opportunities
- Manage stakeholder relationships including investors, NGOs, and government bodies
- Oversee the implementation of carbon-neutral initiatives across all operations
- Drive innovation in waste reduction, renewable energy integration, and sustainable supply chains
- Report on KPIs and impact metrics to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in corporate sustainability or green innovation roles
- Proven track record leading circular economy projects from concept to execution
- Expertise in ESG reporting frameworks and carbon footprint analysis
- Strong project management skills with experience managing $500K+ budgets
- Advanced knowledge of emerging sustainable technologies (AI for sustainability, bio-based materials, etc.)
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSEP) or similar designation preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence diverse stakeholders
