Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 Global Sustainability Strategy, aligning with UN SDGs and Paris Agreement targets
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate circular economy principles across product lifecycle and supply chain operations
- Drive carbon neutrality initiatives through renewable energy adoption and innovative carbon capture technologies
- Establish ESG reporting frameworks and stakeholder engagement protocols for transparent impact communication
- Forge strategic partnerships with green tech startups, NGOs, and policy influencers to accelerate sustainable innovation
- Overhead $50M+ sustainability budget allocation for high-impact projects including regenerative agriculture and water stewardship
- Represent the company at global sustainability forums, shaping industry discourse on 2030 climate commitments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in sustainability leadership with demonstrable experience in Fortune 500 or climate-tech scale-ups
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven expertise in developing and executing multi-year decarbonization roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Deep knowledge of emerging sustainability regulations (SEC Climate Disclosure, EU CSRD) and voluntary frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience engaging C-suite, investors, and regulatory bodies
- Technical proficiency in sustainability software (SAP EHS, Persefoni) and data analytics tools
- Certification in ESG reporting (GRI, SASB) and carbon accounting (GHG Protocol) required
