Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and ESG frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing circular economy models and carbon-neutral product lifecycles
- Conduct market research on emerging green technologies and regenerative practices
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, NGOs, and government agencies for sustainable innovation
- Quantify environmental impact using advanced analytics and lifecycle assessment tools
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and Board of Directors
- Drive adoption of sustainable practices across global supply chains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability Science, Environmental Engineering, or Business Innovation
- 7+ years of experience in corporate sustainability or green tech strategy roles
- Proven expertise in circular economy principles and carbon footprint reduction
- Strong data literacy with proficiency in sustainability reporting tools (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Sustainability)
- Experience securing ESG funding and managing innovation budgets over $5M
- Certification in Sustainable Supply Chain Management or similar credential
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-level experience
