Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and sustainability teams to integrate eco-innovations into core business operations
- Conduct horizon scanning and market analysis to identify emerging sustainability trends and competitive opportunities
- Develop and manage innovation roadmaps with measurable ESG impact metrics aligned with 2026 global sustainability targets
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate sustainable tech adoption
- Present innovation strategies and progress to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams on sustainable design principles and circular economy methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sustainability innovation, green tech R&D, or corporate sustainability leadership
- Proven track record of launching commercialized sustainable technologies with measurable environmental impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, renewable energy systems) and their sustainability applications
- Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Certification in sustainability frameworks (e.g., GRI, B Corp) or circular economy design principles
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
