Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and project blueprints
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trade professionals
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work environments
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
- Complete quality inspections and documentation as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or related experience preferred
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Experience with concrete, framing, or demolition a plus
