Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up temporary structures.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist Trades: Support skilled craftsmen, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with various tasks on the job site.
- Demolition & Cleanup: Perform light demolition duties and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and power equipment under supervision.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Quality Control: Help ensure that work meets quality standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Entry-Level Friendly: No prior experience required; we will train the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing/walking on various surfaces.
- Valid ID: Must possess a valid Driver’s License and Social Security Card.
- Reliability: Must have a history of punctuality and dependability.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to Travel: Must be willing to travel to job sites in Colorado Springs and New York.
- Communication Skills: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
