Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Support skilled tradespersons (carpenters, masons)
- Perform physical tasks in varied weather conditions
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic tool operation knowledge
- Willingness to work weekends/OT
- Pass background/drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
