Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and tool operation
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the day
- Follow strict safety protocols and report hazards immediately
- Complete daily timecards accurately for prompt payment
- Operate basic machinery (saws, drills, etc.) under supervision
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, rain, cold)
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
