Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with precision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and safety protocols
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and installation support
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards and daily site cleanliness
- Participate in scaffold erection/dismal and concrete finishing
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 10-Hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Greater Boston
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
