Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, welders) as required
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper waste disposal
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and safety instructions
- Perform physical tasks in all weather conditions with stamina
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong physical endurance and manual dexterity
- Background check and drug screening required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
