Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, concrete pouring, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Read blueprints and interpret technical documents
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Collaborate with team leaders to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial/construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction machinery
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
