Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, etc.)
- Assist carpenters and masons with site preparation
- Perform cleanup and debris removal at job sites
- Follow strict OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions
- Maintain organized tool sheds and storage areas
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- No felony convictions (background check required)
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Willingness to work flexible hours (early starts common)
