Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Read blueprints and execute instructions from site supervisors
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trade professionals
- Participate in emergency response and storm cleanup duties
Qualifications
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background check
- Minimum 1 year construction or industrial experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Willingness to work 10-12 hour days in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement
