Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites through material handling, debris removal, and equipment setup
- Assist skilled tradespeople with digging, loading/unloading, and basic installations
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Operate hand tools and machinery under supervision (training provided)
- Complete daily site cleanup and waste management
- Report hazards and operational issues to site supervisors
- Support project timelines through efficient task completion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with clean record (preferred)
- Basic tool knowledge or willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Flexibility for early morning starts and occasional overtime
- Strong work ethic and team collaboration skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
