Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, hauling, and lifting heavy construction materials.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks as directed.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Follow all site safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
