Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs).
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and stock job sites.
- Follow blueprints and instructions provided by foremen to ensure quality workmanship.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
