Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- General Labor: Perform various manual tasks including mixing concrete, sanding, painting, and cleaning work areas.
- Equipment Operation: Operate power tools and machinery (such as forklifts, jackhammers, and drills) under direct supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with carpenters, electricians, and foremen to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level applicants who are eager to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy objects for extended periods.
- Work Ethic: Must be punctual, reliable, and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
