Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation and cleanup tasks
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades
- Read and interpret construction blueprints
- Maintain project safety standards at all times
- Transport materials to designated work areas
- Complete daily progress reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction experience
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work flexible hours/weekends
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
