Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation and excavation tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with certification
- Install/repair structural components (concrete, steel, framing)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols on all job sites
- Coordinate with tradespeople for seamless project delivery
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs
- Complete daily progress documentation and quality checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- Class A or B CDL preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Knowledge of blueprint interpretation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work flexible hours
