Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthmoving operations
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with precision
- Install and remove scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete surfaces to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environments
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trade professionals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Class A or B CDL preferred (not mandatory)
- Proficient with power tools and hand instruments
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical labor in all weather
- Strong attention to safety protocols and detail orientation
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
