Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, jackhammers) safely
- Construct/install concrete forms, scaffolding, and framing systems
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and equipment setup
- Perform demolition and debris removal with precision
- Complete daily safety inspections and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Proficient with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background/drug screening
