Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and earthwork operations
- Install and remove scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing procedures
- Conduct daily equipment maintenance checks and safety inspections
- Maintain organized job sites with proper material handling and waste disposal
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Strong understanding of construction math and measurements
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends on critical path projects
