Responsibilities
- Execute diverse construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and structural framing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with proper safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to ensure project timelines
- Perform material handling and inventory management
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Class A or B commercial driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment operation skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math skills for material calculations
