Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen in various construction tasks including demolition, site preparation, and material handling
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and waste materials
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Load/unload construction materials and transport them to designated areas
- Perform general labor duties as assigned by site supervisors
- Adapt to changing project needs and weather conditions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and performing strenuous outdoor work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions (heat, rain, cold)
- No construction experience required – training provided
