Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and tool management
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Perform basic concrete work, trenching, and excavation support
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Assist in framing, roofing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Participate in daily safety briefings and inspections
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- OSHA 10 certification (provided if not currently held)
- No prior experience necessary - training provided
