Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen in daily construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Follow verbal instructions and safety protocols rigorously
- Participate in team projects to meet tight deadlines
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid state ID required (commercial license a plus)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- No construction experience necessary – training provided!
