Responsibilities
- Assist with excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support skilled trades with material handling and cleanup
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions
Qualifications

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
