Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades with material handling and setup
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate hand tools (hammers, shovels, levels) and power equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized storage areas
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Perform basic site cleanup and waste management duties
- Adhere to project timelines and supervisor instructions
Qualifications
- No experience required – entry-level positions available
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
