About the Role:
As a Construction Laborer, you'll support our Sacramento-area projects including residential developments, commercial buildings, and infrastructure upgrades. Work alongside experienced professionals while learning essential construction skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and materials
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Complete daily tasks as assigned by site supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
