Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and light machinery safely and effectively
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and waste
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Load/un construction materials and equipment as directed by supervisors
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Perform physical tasks requiring stamina and strength in outdoor environments
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
