Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, and transporting materials
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment safely (forklifts, excavators)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete work, and site prep
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and comply with OSHA regulations
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Work collaboratively in diverse weather conditions and tight deadlines
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard mitigation
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings/weekends
- Basic tool knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
