Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Perform safety inspections and maintain job site cleanliness
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades
- Adhere to strict deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on construction/labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Diego County
