Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Assist carpenters and masons with layout measurements and structural assembly
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physical labor in all weather conditions
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard mitigation
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Steel-toe boots and personal protective equipment (provided)
- Experience in commercial/residential construction preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
