Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete forming, pouring, and finishing for structural projects
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools safely
- Install and maintain scaffolding, framing, and temporary structures
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for complex builds
- Coordinate with tradespeople (electricians, plumbers) for seamless project integration
- Enforce OSHA compliance and maintain immaculate job site organization
- Perform emergency repairs and weather-related site preparations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean record
- Expertise in concrete, masonry, and carpentry fundamentals
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme conditions
- Proficiency with blueprint reading and measuring tools
- Pass pre-employment background check and substance screening
- Must have own basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, etc.)
