Responsibilities
- Excavate, lift, and transport construction materials using manual tools and equipment
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints
- Perform site preparation and demolition tasks
- Report safety hazards to site supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Flexible schedule including weekends
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Physical stamina for 8-10 hour shifts in outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
