Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Assist skilled trades with layout, excavation, and framing tasks
- Operate hand/power tools including saws, drills, and jackhammers
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Perform site preparation including trenching and debris removal
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and PPE requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexibility for early morning starts and overtime
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
