Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Load/unload construction materials and operate hand/power tools
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with project tasks
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions
- Operate machinery like forklifts and excavators (training provided)
- Complete daily timecards and progress reports accurately
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math and measurement skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (we'll provide)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Flexible availability for early mornings and occasional weekends
