BuildRight Construction Inc. is seeking motivated construction laborers to join our team in Miami, Florida. We offer weekly pay and immediate start for qualified candidates. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for various physical tasks on construction sites, including but not limited to material handling, site preparation, and assisting skilled tradespeople. Our projects are diverse and located throughout the Miami area.

Responsibilities
- Assist in loading and unloading construction materials.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, etc.) as needed.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
- Report any safety hazards or issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or labor work is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
