Responsibilities
- Execute physical tasks on construction sites including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and finishing tasks
- Perform site cleanup and waste management
- Complete daily progress reports and time logs
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic tool knowledge or willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- OSHA 10 certification (training provided if needed)
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required
