Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with proper certifications
- Install/assemble structural components following blueprints
- Ensure OSHA compliance through daily safety inspections
- Maintain project cleanliness and waste management protocols
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors on complex tasks
- Document work progress via digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification required
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs regularly
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (6am-6pm)
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Steel-toe boots and hard hat provided
